To give you an analogy and, and let me know if you guys, if any sellers out there or anybody you know has had similar situation or had kind of an experience that maybe resembled it or what you think about this comment below, let me know what you guys think. We would love to hear your feedback.
We actually had a seller approach as he had purchased the property with somebody else and I guess, maybe he wasn't informed correctly, but he ended up listing his house after he had already purchased. And sure enough, his house was sitting on the market, it wasn't marketed correctly. And he was getting very nervous, cause the closing date for his property was coming up very shortly and he wouldn't be able to close on both properties. He was very nervous naturally and he came to us. Luckily enough, we were able to find a buyer for his property. We listed his house and we sold it very quickly. But during that period, he was very, very stressful.
I'm sure this is not the first time and he's not the first seller that this has happened to. And we don't want this to happen to anybody out there.
