Seller Secret Episode #1- Know Why You're Selling

Do you even know why you’re selling your house? That’s the first question you should be asking yourself

Today we're going to talk about secret number one, understanding why you are selling your home. Why is it so important to really know why you're selling your home and how that can affect the results?

First of all, since selling your home is the biggest decision or the biggest asset, you've got to make sure that you do your research and you take the right process to get the results you want. One of the tips that we want to give you today is you've got to know the reason why you're selling. What is your motivation? What is the pain behind you making this move?

And, based on that, that will be some of the determining factors of which approach you're going to take. For example, if you need to sell it quickly and you may ... pricing strategy will be differently and the marketing will be differently, but if you want to maximize your profit and you want to sell it for a higher price, then there's a different strategy pricing and marketing.

So it's not a one-size-fits-all strategy for every house. That's, most of the agents, they do what we call the A, B, C's. They use the same one-size-fits-all template for every house.
And that doesn't work right?

Not at all.

Why? Because every house, every seller, every family, every investor, everybody has a different story. So, it's important to know that as your agent or yourself. It's the key. It's the number one question, right?
