Some of the questions is, should the seller be home? Should they leave the house when there's a showing? What do you do when you're a seller?
Or like in an open house or tour of homes, should they be there, and if they're there, should they be talking to the buyers? Let us know what your thoughts are about this situation. Do you think it's okay for the sellers to be at the house when the buyers and the agents are showing the property?
Or during an open house, is it okay for the seller to be there?
Well, put it this way. If you're not a shark sales person, shark seller, and you're at the house and one of our team members are showing the property, and you're just standing there and talking to us, and we're getting information, that will be used in negotiation tactic. But even if you're going to be home, it's better you don't talk. You've got to keep your poker face on.

Don't get sucked in. If they ask any questions, just ask them to talk to your agent.
