So they casually go through what we call the ABC's of real estate services. They casually go through these steps, they advertise themselves, they bang a sign on your lawn, maybe create an ad for the papers, and maybe download your listing to the MLS, encourage their office to show it, figure they might try an open house. And if those things don't work, there's not really much. They kind of running out of time.
And the reason this happens is because most agents are working all by themselves. They're trying to juggle all the balls, be everything to everybody and it's very difficult to do that when you're trying to do the marketing, the customer service, the sales.
The admin, the paperwork, which is really time consuming but important to actually make sure things happen smoothly.
Now the way we do it, we call it a team approach. The way we do things, we have a team of professionals all working together for the same goal.
And actually it's the preferred way of serving clients in almost all fields of business. It's only in our industry that for some reason it's a solo business, but in all other fields of business you're working as a team.
You're never going to walk into a doctor's office where the doctor is sitting there and answering the phone. Or the doctor is basically filing the documents, or booking appointments, or doing the nurse job. So every business doctors, lawyers, in almost all industries there's a team structure.
So that is our preferred way of doing business and basically when our clients hire our team, they get a whole team of professionals. So we have a marketing department, which I'm in charge of the marketing department myself, we've got the sales department, which Diana is handling the sales department and then we have administrators, we have four administrators, we have a customer service manager, Listing coordinator, etc.
Even our sales department is divided into two,inside sales and outside sales. And the reason why I'm telling you all of this is because we're able to give better service to clients, we're able to serve them at a higher level because we're not in the business of selling homes. We're in the business of building relationships and giving five-star consumer experience and the only way we're able to do that is by having awesome team members help us serve these at this level.
